Bart Caubergh is an ambitious, proactive and innovative Head of Performance with a UEFA A License, Master’s degree in Sport Science and Business Administration (MBA). Currently doing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at UniNettuno University.
In the past 15 years, Bart lived and had different coaching roles in domestic and international football in 9 countries (Belgium, United Arab Emirates, Iran, Russia, Cyprus, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and UK) across 3 continents (Europe, Asia and Oceania), in Men's and Women's Football.
Bart Caubergh Coaching & Consultancy is advising companies, federations, clubs, coaches and players across the world on strategic management, coach education, periodisation, recovery, football fitness, and much more.
Bart is proud to have been part of teams that achieved multiple goals like winning the Championship & Supercup and qualification for the Champions League with KRC Genk (2010-2011), being part of the qualification (2012-2013) of Iran for the World Cup 2014, winning the FNL Championship and promotion to the Russian Premier League with Krylia Sovetov Samara (2014-2015).
Working in the fastest growing sport in the world as Head of Performance at Chelsea FC Women is by far the best experiences on and off the pitch. Playing my part in driving a top performance culture with winning 5 trophies (consecutive League winners, consecutive Cup winners and Community Shield winners) and being Champions League finalist (2019-2021) with world class players and staff!
