ABOUT MYSELF
Bart Caubergh is an ambitious, proactive and innovative Head of Performance with a UEFA A License, Master’s degree in Sport Science and Business Administration (MBA). Currently doing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at UniNettuno University.

In the past 15 years, Bart has lived and held different coaching roles in domestic and international football across 10 countries (Belgium, United Arab Emirates, Iran, Russia, Cyprus, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, UK and USA) spanning 4 continents (Europe, Asia, Oceania and North America), in Men's and Women's Football.
Bart Caubergh Coaching & Consultancy advises companies, federations, clubs, coaches and players worldwide on strategic management, coach education, periodisation, recovery, football fitness, and much more.

Bart is proud to have been part of teams that achieved multiple goals, such as winning the Championship and Supercup and qualifying for the Champions League with KRC Genk (2010-2011), contributing to Iran's qualification for the 2014 World Cup, and winning the FNL Championship and earning promotion to the Russian Premier League with Krylia Sovetov Samara (2014-2015).

Since 2019, Bart has predominantly worked with women's teams. He first served as Head of Performance at Chelsea FC Women, where he played a key role in fostering a top performance culture, contributing to multiple trophies (consecutive league titles, cup wins, and a Community Shield) and a Champions League finalist appearance.
​
Currently, Bart is the Program Director for the US Women's National Team, which recently won Olympic gold at Paris 2024!

I consider myself as a lifelong student of the game and remain committed to my own personal and professional development. I like to contribute to state-of-the-art processes to create sustainable competitive advantage in winning environments.

Over the past 15 years, I have created my own concept: ‘Team behind the team behind the team’. I love to travel the world to attend courses and to meet coaches & experts.
That's how I’ve build an international network of experts who keep me up-to-date with the latest information and research (Technology, Periodisation, Innovation, Testing, Monitoring, Strength Training, Injury Prevention, Nutrition, Analysis, Recovery, Wellbeing, Rehab, Psychology, Menstrual Cycle Support and Women’s Health).
